Trout || with cauliflower puree
I am a huge fan of my husband’s fish dishes. So much so I am sharing one of my favorite combinations he does for me. Butter pan fried crispy skin trout with pureed cauliflower and roasted florets topped with crumbled blue cheese. He hasn’t told me the exact ingredients that way he feels I will keep him around longer.
The trout you can use this recipe here for some inspiration, and you can swap the bread crumbs for flour, and oil for butter.
