wish list || LISBON

I have had Lisbon, & Portugal in general on my ‘to-visit-wish-list’ for a long time now. The architecture & interiors of Lisbon look incredible. I will get there soon, maybe in 2015. In the meantime, I am adding these to the wish list to EAT | SEE | STAY.

I want to wake up in this hotel – Memmo Alfama.

Then I would head out for a typical local breakfast of ‘pastel de nata’  – small egg tarts & coffee here.

Coffee fueled – I would set out on foot to hunt down some incredible buildings with tile facades, they make the perfect instagram material.

Time for a light lunch – this place – Pharmacia – looks perfect for a snack & place to review options for the afternoon’s adventures.

Conclude the day with a dinner at this beautiful and delicious spot – Belcanto.

And further afield I want to drift away and stay at this picture perfect beach spot.

    Lisbon is very nice! We were there this past October 2013. You can find the Pastel de Nata everywhere in Lisbon. If you go to Belem is awesome, but be ready for the huges lines to get in. Its worth it! :)

    Hi, just found your blog this morning: it’s a really interesting read! Lisbon is great but as far as Portugal goes, I actually prefer Porto. But if you end up in Lisbon, you must also check out the ginginja bars!
